West Bar: £750 + £750 = £1,500 for one person, or £820 + £820 = £1,640 for a couple. 59 High Street Room 3: £400 deposit + £800 first full month’s rent = £1,200. Room 4: £650 deposit + £650 rent = £1,300. Studio 2: £450 deposit + £925 first full month’s rent = £1,375. No payment is due to apply. Both parties sign before the first rent payment is requested.
